Shipping
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Please allow 5 – 7 business days for standard domestic shipments. If you would like expedited shipping, please email info@bbglamstash.com so we can add expedited shipping for your order.
HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO PROCESS?
Upon receiving your order confirmation your order can take between 2 – 5 business days to process and ship (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that during special promotions or sales, processing can take between 5 – 7 business days due to an influx of orders.Payment
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
BBGlamstash accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Return and Exchange Policy
In the unlikely case that you receive a product with a fault, we are more than happy to exchange the product. We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@bbglamstash.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

WHAT IS BBGLAMSTASH?

YES, YES AND MORE YES! Our BBeauty lashes are proudly cruelty-free and we would never have it any other way! We also pride ourselves on our unique eco-friendly reusable glitter case! Check back in for more information on our lash case recycling discount program!
HOW DO I APPLY BBEAUTY EYELASHES?
- Carefully remove first lash from lash tray.
- Hold the lash against your lash line to measure the length of your eye.
- Trim the lash strip where it extends from your outer corner.
- Curl your eyelashes.
- Apply lash adhesive along the lash band and allow glue to sit for about 40 seconds or until glue becomes tacky.
- Use tweezers, eyelash applicator or hands to place lashes as close to your natural lash line as possible, start from center, then inner and outer side.
- Apply mascara (optional) and/or apply liner to fill in any gaps.
HOW MANY TIMES CAN YOU REUSE A PAIR OF FALSE EYELASHES?
BBeauty lashes are individually handcrafted and made to last through multiple wears. Well maintained lashes will guarantee of up to 10 to 20 uses. (TIP: It is unsanitary to wear more than 20+ wears, we know you are in love with our lashes, but we promise you will love your new pair JUST as much! Also, to properly maintain your lashes remember to (1) gently remove the glue from your false lashes with makeup remover and (2) Store them back in their tray to maintain their natural shape.)
HOW DO I APPLY CUPCAKE EYELINER?
- Moisten brush or add a drop of water to the lid, do not wet the Cupcake directly (we encourage experimentation with other liquids; however, results cannot be guaranteed as it may alter the formula of the product)
- Begin activating the product with the wet brush by mixing it well until a thick smooth consistency is achieved (The less water used the more opaque, the more water used the more sheer)
- Apply the product as desired and get creative with face/body designs! (Always use carefully around the eye area. Not recommended for the immediate waterline area as this product is water activated.)
- Allow product to fully dry and finish your look, you will be amazed at our smudge proof and long-lasting formula!
- Before closing and storing the product, allow it to fully air dry
HOW DO I APPLY TITTOOS
- Choose your design, make sure your skin is clean, shaved, and free of any oil-based products such as sunscreen or lotion
- Cut out your chosen Tittoo and be sure to cut as close to the design as possible
- Peel off plastic film and place the design face down on your skin
- Saturate with water for about 20 seconds (using a sponge or cloth is best. Pat lightly)
- Peel the paper off your skin slowly, if it did not fully transfer place the paper back down and repeat step 4.
- Love it!
